Who we are
True Source Consulting Limited is the controller of the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15166414, with our registered office at Longworth View, Belmont Road, Bromley Cross, Bolton, BL7 9QS.
For anything about your data, email jonty@truesourceconsulting.co.uk.
What we collect
- What you send through our enquiry form: your name, organisation, role, email address and message.
- What you include when you email us directly.
- Your name, email address and any notes you add when you book a call through our booking page.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data and you should not send any.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, and discuss whether we can help you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our email, calendar, booking page, enquiry form and website. They process data on our behalf and under contract. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
These are Zoho (email), Google (calendar and booking page), Formspree (enquiry form) and Lovable (website hosting).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case they form part of our business records.
Contract data in Inkcap engagements
Inkcap runs inside our clients’ own environments. Contract data processed during an engagement stays in the client’s environment and is governed by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this notice.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
